Most of them are still at the initial stage of development except dry cleaning. There is none of industrial standard. The management is very disordered, easily leading the disputes and social problems. Most of workers are at low level of education, lacking technical training and professional skills, who can only engage at low level of labor works. The relevant authority and government shall issue feasible standards and management rules as soon as possible to enable sustainable and healthy development of the cleaning industry.

Most of cleaning activities are closely related to food and health of every people. In most of cases, no matter at home, restaurant, collective canteens, or dish washing, washing of tableware may consume lots of detergent, which is difficult to be completely flushed and easily left on such tableware.
